Clear, well-lit photos where the face is easy to see. One front-facing shot is enough; a side angle and a full-body shot help us get proportions and markings right. Regular phone photos are perfect — no professional shots needed.

Petite (6 cm) is palm-sized and reads well on a desk or monitor stand — it's the easy first order. Mini (8 cm) is where the detail really opens up: collars, markings, coat texture. Keepsake (10 cm) is a centerpiece, and it's the size we'd pick for two subjects or a cake topper. The size guide shows all three next to a coffee mug at true scale.

Tell us what feels off and we'll revise it. You get 3 free revision rounds, which covers almost every order, and nothing prints until you approve. If we still can't get it right after that, we refund you in full — before printing — and you keep the digital preview. Extra rounds beyond the three are $25 each if you'd rather keep going than stop.

Your first preview arrives within 3 business days. The 10–14 day print-and-ship window starts after you approve, not at checkout — so budget roughly 2–3 weeks total to a US address, plus a little slack if you use your revision rounds. Add the rush option and the preview comes within 48 hours.

Usually, but plan ahead. Order at least 5 weeks before the date to leave room for revisions and shipping. Add rush at checkout and email us the date; we'll confirm the timeline in writing before we start sculpting. If we ever miss a date we've confirmed, you get a full refund and keep the figurine.

We use AI 3D modelling to turn your photo into a first sculpt — that's what lets us charge under $200 instead of the several hundred a fully hand-sculpted piece costs. Then a human artist reviews and finishes every single one before it reaches your preview, and again before it ships. If a sculpt doesn't meet our bar, it doesn't go out. Nothing is printed without a person having looked at it.

Yes, for pets and for people. Memorial orders get our slowest, most careful pass and a hand-written card. Old, faded, or low-resolution photos are okay — we work with what you have. You also choose how they're sculpted: awake and lively, or peacefully at rest.

Yes. A second subject shares one base and is +$69 on Petite, +$89 on Mini, +$129 on Keepsake. We'd steer you toward Keepsake for two — at 6 cm, two subjects have to shrink enough that faces start losing detail. Three or more? Email us and we'll quote it.

Free tracked shipping to the US on Mini and Keepsake, and on Petite orders over $120. Petite on its own is $9 flat. We also ship to Canada, the UK, the EU and Australia — the rate is calculated at checkout, and any import duties are the recipient's responsibility.
